Simply Sinful

I WAS ONCE TOLD THAT;

how-god-sees-our-sin1

REALLY? DOES HE NEED GLASSES? MEANWHILE;

how-we-see-our-sins

FOR SURE.  SOME PEOPLE ARE BADDER THAN OTHERS. BUT IN REALITY;

what-sin-really-looks-like

PRIDE = LUST, GLUTTONY, GREED, SLOTH, WRATH, ENVY. THE EGO.

    Meaning that sin (our own or others’) doesn’t exist if we are facing God? That sounds like the guy in the bad superhero movie who was only invisible if you weren’t looking at him.

      Well, it’s not a perfect metaphor…but, yeah, why not? Isn’t that one suggestion of what “heaven” will be like – fully in the presence of God = no sin?

    I still howl in laughter at Bill Brites gospel train.

      Enlighten us. I know who he is and that he founded Campus Crusade, but what are getting at?

    He has this little tract–“The Four Spiritual Laws”–and one of the illustrations was a choo-choo train. His four “Spiritual Laws” were illustrated with a chair and bubbles, and this little train. I wish I had one just to show you.

    And oops, it is Bill Bright.

    THE FOUR SPIRITUAL LAWS, by Bill Bright

    1. God loves you, and offers a wonderful plan for your life.

    God’s Love: “For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life” (John 3:16).

    God’s plan: “I came that they might have life, and might have it more abundantly” (John 10:10)

    2. Man is sinful and seperated from God. Therefore, he cannot know and experience God’s love and plan for his life.

    3. Jesus Christ is God’s only provision for man’s sin. Through Him you can experience God’s love and plan for your life.

    4. We must individually receive Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord; then we can know and experience God’s love and plan for our lives.
